Order handling time

• Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
• You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

US Shipping:

• USPS $4.99 Estimated transit time: 10 – 15 business days.
• Fedex: $14.99 Estimated transit time: 8 – 12 business days.

Please note that we do not currently ship to US military bases.

International Shipping:

• Unsupported.

Taxes

• We do not collect taxes on orders.
• Customers may be responsible for any taxes or duties charged by their region upon package arrival.

Shipping Delays

• We will issue a full refund for any package that takes longer than 30 days to arrive.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

• If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
• If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@sneakios.com, however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made if your order has already shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal or multiple failed delivery attempts, sneakios.com reserves the right to cancel the order and may withhold refunds.
